Elle a r\u00e9uni 7 formateurs venant de France (3), du B\u00e9nin (1), du Niger (1) et du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (2) et une trentaine de stagiaires op\u00e9rationnels et acad\u00e9miques en cours de s\u00e9lection parmi 85 candidatures re\u00e7ues.
