class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bac41d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bac41d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette action s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte d\u2019\u00e9volutions climatiques non-stationnaires et un changement massif des surfaces, ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des situations inattendues dans le pass\u00e9 (paradoxe sah\u00e9lien). Un besoin cl\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 dans ce contexte, et auquel veut r\u00e9pondre cette action, est de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">baser la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des ressources en eau (GIRE) sur des prises en compte explicites des interactions surface \u2013 souterrain<\/span><\/strong> (ce qui est notamment un objectif prioritaire du Centre r\u00e9gional AGRHYMET au Niger). L\u2019objectif de l\u2019action est donc de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>quantifier les \u00e9volutions relatives des flux d\u2019eau et des r\u00e9serves de surface et souterraines, et de proposer des produits et donn\u00e9es r\u00e9gionales \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution<\/strong><\/span> (30 minutes, 1 kilom\u00e8tre) de stocks (surface, sol, souterrain) et flux d\u2019eau (d\u00e9bits, recharge, \u00e9vapotranspiration) sous conditions actuelles et futures. Des cartes seront mises \u00e0 disposition des utilisateurs finaux.\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019outil utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser ce travail est <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/parflow.org\/\">PARFLOW<\/a>,<\/span><\/strong> un mod\u00e8le qui propose une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et non calibr\u00e9e, et qui s\u2019appuie sur diverses bases de donn\u00e9es globales disponibles (land cover, donn\u00e9es de sol, donn\u00e9es d\u2019aquif\u00e8re. Suite \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de simulation, des premi\u00e8res comparaisons ont pu \u00eatre faites avec des observations, par exemple sur des donn\u00e9es spatiales (altim\u00e9trie), qui montrent, en zone sah\u00e9lienne, que le mod\u00e8le est capable de restituer des d\u00e9bits sur les Fleuves. N\u00e9anmoins, ces courbes IDF, lorsqu\u2019elles existent en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest, sont limit\u00e9es aux capitales et sont souvent g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es avec des donn\u00e9es et\/ou des m\u00e9thodes obsol\u00e8tes.<\/p><p>Le travail autour des courbes IDF a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 entam\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amma-catch.org\/\">AmmaCatch<\/a>, et des partenariats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9s avec plusieurs organismes en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest. Dans le cadre du projet CECC, le but de l\u2019action est notamment de pouvoir <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>alimenter l\u2019action \u00ab\u00a0Inondations urbaines \u00e0 Dakar\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019Axe n\u00b02 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/strong>.<\/span> Les donn\u00e9es seront mises \u00e0 disposition sur le portail informatique avec une documentation permettant de les utiliser de mani\u00e8re pertinente, notamment \u00e0 destination d\u2019organismes comme l\u2019ANACIM ou de bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes en charge du dimensionnement d\u2019ouvrages hydrauliques.<\/p><p><strong>Coordination\u00a0:<\/strong> Th\u00e9o VISCHEL (Hydrologue, IGE) et G\u00e9r\u00e9my PANTHOU (Physicien adjoint, simulations climatiques r\u00e9gionales d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es sur l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Sud, l\u2019\u00e9quipe CECC travaille sur deux types de domaines : CORDEX d\u2019une part (\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du continent entier, avec 30 ans de simulations pr\u00e9sentes et futures, \u00e0 20 kilom\u00e8tres de r\u00e9solution) et le sous-domaine des Andes tropicales (avec 10 ans de simulations, 4 kilom\u00e8tres de r\u00e9solution) d\u2019autre part.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe travaillera sur <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">l\u2019identification de mod\u00e8les, d\u2019un GCM \u00e0 partir de types de temps dans les tropiques<\/span><\/strong>. Les simulations sont effectu\u00e9es avec un projet d\u2019allocation de ressources informatiques DARI (IDRIS), en collaboration avec l\u2019UMI IFAECI et l\u2019Ouest offrent un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019eau disponible toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e (par opposition aux eaux de surface) pour l\u2019alimentation en eau potable (AEP) et d\u2019autres usages potentiels (irrigation, abreuvement, industries) et assurent des fonctions \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques. Si la ressource est encore peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, les limites de son exploitation restent m\u00e9connues, alors m\u00eame que la pression s\u2019intensifie sous les facteurs d\u00e9mographique et l\u2019intermittence climatique. Les Etats ont besoin de planifier la strat\u00e9gie de mobilisation de cette ressource afin d\u2019assurer sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9, en connaissant les limites de son exploitation et leur d\u00e9clinaisons g\u00e9ographiques.<\/p><p>Les chercheurs du projet CECC proposent donc de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">cartographier les limites d\u2019exploitation des aquif\u00e8res de socle<\/span><\/strong>, en d\u00e9ployant les travaux du collectif ASAO (Aquif\u00e8res de Socle en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest) \u00e0 partir de bases de donn\u00e9es de forage et de mesures de terrain, en les prolongeant pour identifier les d\u00e9terminants de la r\u00e9partition spatiale des stocks d\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle.<\/p><p>Le travail portera en particulier sur <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrodynamiques et du stock d\u2019eau des aquif\u00e8res de socle<\/span><\/strong>, ainsi que la mise au point d\u2019une <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">m\u00e9thode<\/span><\/strong> permettant de spatialiser leurs limites plusieurs bassins d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019ouest, dans le but d\u2019identifier\u00a0les s\u00e9ries avec des donn\u00e9es manquantes sur de longues p\u00e9riodes, ainsi que les s\u00e9ries dont la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es serait douteuse et les bassins potentiellement influenc\u00e9s par les activit\u00e9s anthropiques (barrages, r\u00e9servoirs\u2026). Cela permettra d\u2019\u00e9laborer une base de donn\u00e9es fiables pour ces bassins avec au moins 15 ans de donn\u00e9es de d\u00e9bit continues apr\u00e8s 1970. Ensuite, il sera question d\u2019extraire les d\u00e9bits maximums annuels, de tester l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle pr\u00e9sence de tendance et ajuster des mod\u00e8les fr\u00e9quentiels (GEV, Gumbel) pour d\u00e9finir, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle locale, quelle est la meilleure m\u00e9thode d\u2019ajustement de ces distributions dans le but d\u2019estimer les p\u00e9riodes de retour des crues (2 ans, 10
