Ces probl\u00e9matiques sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien identifi\u00e9es dans leurs grandes lignes (inondations, p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des ressources, gestion multi-objectif d\u2019ouvrages), mais elles seront pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des ateliers de lancement pr\u00e9vus pour le premier semestre 2021, \u00e0 Niamey, \u00e0 Dakar et dans les Andes. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Ces ateliers associeront les institutions acad\u00e9miques et op\u00e9rationnels, ainsi que les acteurs des territoires cibles.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
